Data controller
The controller of your personal data is R3 Polska Sp. z o.o. (formerly R3 Think Sp. z o.o.), ul. Monte Cassino 16/4, 70-466 Szczecin, Poland. For any matter concerning your personal data, write to biuro@r3polska.pl.
What data we collect and why
The only personal data collected by this website comes from the contact form: your name, e-mail address, message, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number, company name and tax ID (NIP). To protect the form against spam and abuse, we also record the sender’s IP address and browser identifier.
We process the form data to answer your message and take the actions you request, e.g. prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process the technical data (IP address, browser identifier) on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site against spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but the form will not work without your name, e-mail address and message.
The site has no user accounts, no comments and no analytics tools, and sets no cookies of its own. We do not profile you and make no automated decisions with legal effects.
How long we keep your data
Contact-form correspondence — for as long as your enquiry is being handled, no longer than 3 years from the last contact. The technical anti-spam log — up to 12 months.
Recipients and third-party services
- Hosting and e-mail provider — operates the server that runs this website and our mailbox.
- Cloudflare — the contact form is protected by the Turnstile service, which processes, among other things, the visitor’s IP address. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google — Google Maps is embedded on the home page and the contact page. Loading a page with the map connects to Google’s servers, which may set their own cookies. Google privacy policy.
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the USA — under the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Beyond the above, we share your data with no one, unless required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to its processing. Write to biuro@r3polska.pl — we will respond within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
RecomApp mobile application
Data processed in the RecomApp mobile application is covered by a separate RecomApp Privacy Policy.
