This is the latest generation of reverse vending machine for returnable packaging, continuously developed since 2020. The device meets all standards required by deposit-return system operators and was created with shops in mind that need a fast, reliable and intuitive solution. Equipped with an efficient compactor and two large containers separating PET and ALU fractions, the bags need to be emptied less often, easing the workload of shop staff. Designed for quick and trouble-free installation. The device uses standard 230 V power, the same as in an ordinary electrical socket, so installation does not require specialised infrastructure or costly preparatory work.

Operation of the machine is intuitive and user-friendly. A large, clear screen guides users step by step through the entire packaging return process, showing the current stage of the bottle being returned. In addition, the device is equipped with voice prompts that support the user and clearly inform them about the next steps, ensuring comfort and confidence in operation even for first-time users of the reverse vending machine.

The reverse vending machine is equipped with an intelligent heating and ventilation system that automatically adjusts working conditions to the ambient temperature. Recomat SMART RVM operates reliably in the range from -20°C to +50°C, maintaining full functionality and operational precision. Importantly, the device intended for outdoor installation does not require additional housing or a roof, which significantly reduces installation costs and simplifies deployment.

The 43-inch screen serves not only an informational function, but also acts as an effective tool for communicating with the customer. The clear, large display allows for the attractive presentation of content while the device is being used, attracting users' attention and increasing their engagement.

The screen can display in-house promotions, sales messages and contractors' advertisements, turning the reverse vending machine into an additional marketing channel. Thanks to this, Recomat SMART RVM not only streamlines the operation of the deposit-return system, but also actively supports promotional activities and generates additional value for the business.

FAQ

Do I need a lot of space to install the Recomat SMART RVM 2.0?
No. The Recomat SMART RVM 2.0 has been designed to make efficient use of shop space, despite its high performance. The device has a compact, free-standing construction measuring 120 cm in width, approx. 93 cm in depth and approx. 220 cm in height. It can be installed both inside the shop and outside the premises, and it requires no housing or roofing. In practice, this means that the Recomat SMART RVM 2.0 does not require a large area, and its installation is also possible in facilities where space is a valuable resource.
Can the device operate in low temperatures?
Yes. Thanks to the built-in heater, the device can operate in the temperature range from -20°C to +50°C, allowing installation also in colder locations.
Can the screen display advertisements?
Yes. The large 43-inch LED screen can be used not only for user operation, but also for displaying advertisements, marketing messages or information for customers. The owner of the device has access to remote management of the content displayed on the machine's screen.
What does service and support look like for manual collection?
Recomat SMART RVM devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with the Warranty and Service Terms. Under the warranty: we provide remote technical support and assistance with requests, we diagnose the problem remotely, and in case of a fault requiring on-site service, we provide service support that will repair or replace the damaged component on-site.
Is IT support with SLA available?
Yes. The IT subscription for devices operating within the deposit-return system may include: maintenance of the IT system and integration with the Operator, system operation monitoring, IT helpdesk, and SLA regarding availability and response time. This is an additional service, concluded under a separate agreement – thanks to which the retail chain has clear parameters concerning the continuity of operation of the deposit-return system.
